Bring your pup to Dog Den without the driving — our Shuttle Service provides convenient pick-ups and drop-offs for customers within a 35-mile radius of our location.

How it works

1. Request your shuttle at least 48 hours before your desired pick-up time. This gives our team time to schedule routes and make sure your dog gets a smooth, comfortable ride.

2. Reserve your spot with a 50% deposit at booking. The remaining balance is due at drop-off or before the service begins (we’ll remind you when your ride is confirmed).

3. We pick up your dog from the arranged address, transport them to Dog Den for daycare, boarding, grooming, or pickup, then return them to your address at the scheduled drop-off time.

 

Service area

Our shuttle is available for addresses within 35 miles of Dog Den. If you’re outside that area, please contact us — we may be able to suggest alternatives or a custom arrangement.

 

Booking & Deposit

• Advance notice required: Shuttle bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee availability for same-day or next-day requests.

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm every shuttle booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• Balance: The remaining 50% is due at drop-off or prior to the shuttle service, as arranged.

 

Cancellation & Changes

• Need to cancel or reschedule? Contact us as soon as possible. To give fair notice and allow us to reassign that route, try to cancel or change your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

• Deposit handling: Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of the shuttle. (If you need a specific cancellation/refund rule written into the page, we can add that language — just tell us the exact policy you want.)

 

Safety & Comfort

Your dog’s safety and comfort are our top priorities:

• All shuttle vehicles are cleaned and inspected regularly.

• Dogs are secured with harnesses or in crates as appropriate for their size and temperament.

• We require proof of up-to-date vaccinations and any other intake requirements before using the shuttle (this helps keep all dogs safe and healthy).

 

Pricing

Pricing depends on distance, number of dogs, and service type (daycare, boarding, grooming pick-up/drop-off). Contact us for a personalized quote when you request your shuttle.

2025 Shuttle Pricing Structure (Each Way)

$25 + $1.00 per mile.

Free Ride!

Dogs boarding for 2 weeks or more may qualify for a free ride! Talk to a Dog Den associate for details.

• Your full name and phone number

• Pick-up address and preferred pick-up time

• Drop-off address (if different) and preferred drop-off time

• Number of dogs and any special instructions (leashes, crates, medications, behavior notes)

We’ll confirm availability, send you a booking link to pay the 50% deposit, and email your shuttle confirmation with pick-up details.

Q: Can I request a same-day shuttle? A: Same-day requests cannot be guaranteed. Please book at least 48 hours in advance.

Q: What if my address is slightly beyond 35 miles? A: Call us — depending on route planning and demand we may be able to make exceptions or offer a custom rate.

Q: Are rides shared with other dogs? A: Routes may include multiple pick-ups and drop-offs. We do our best to group compatible dogs and keep ride times short.

Q: Do I need to provide food or medication? A: If your dog needs medication or a special feeding, please note this when you book. We will confirm whether you should bring food or if our team will administer medication. Extra service fees may apply.
